ARTIvent Seal® –Advanced Pressure Balancing & Leak Prevention Technology

ARTIvent Seal® is an advanced venting solution developed to safely release pressure build-up inside containers while preventing liquid leakage. Designed for packaging applications where gas generation, temperature fluctuations, or pressure changes may occur, ARTIvent® Seal helps maintain package integrity and product safety throughout storage and transportation.

The system consists of a specially engineered multilayer vent membrane thermally bonded onto an induction sealing liner. While allowing up to 205 l/h of air permeability per hour, the membrane effectively blocks liquid penetration and protects the package contents.

According to TÜBİTAK test reports, ARTIvent® Seal withstands pressures of up to 4.5 bar, providing a reliable balance between high airflow performance and exceptional liquid resistance.

Compatible with a wide range of packaging applications, ARTIvent® Seal can be manufactured in virtually unlimited dimensions, enabling customized solutions for different container sizes and industry requirements.

Hazardous Chemicals and Institutional Cleaners

Our vents enable U.N. Orange Book1 compliance, which specifies that if dangerous goods (e.g.: bleaches, peroxides and peracetic acid mixtures) are vented, NO leaks are allowed.

Agrochemicals

The U.N. Orange Book1 recommends venting any formulation that could cause package deformation — for example, highly concentrated pesticides, fertilizers or active biostimulants that are likely to off-gas or scavenge oxygen.

Household Chemicals
